I got so caught up in the day- realizing at the last minute that it was Halloween- ran out of the Studio to go shopping for candy.  Buying the lamest candy left in the store so I could get home to give out candy and comics to all the kiddies and totally forgot to write this blog.  So when I get around to realizing that it's really late and that there are no kids coming around at this hour- what am I going to do with all this lame candy?  Gee I hope the kids don't egg my house cause I wasn't here early enough. 
If I bring the candy to the office tomorrow some one there will eat it.

What's up with that guys helmet coming off- does it take it off on purpose.  If that interferes with your game- it's time to cut the hair-  but who am I to talk they seem to have won the sereis without him.  If this is a pattern Arties Whitesox should win the series next year.  I say we celebrate right now- Party at Artie's House!!!  If you know where he lives, come on over- BYOB.  Rose likes chilicheese fritos- pick some up at the corner Mexiacn restaurant -get in good with the wife- maybe Art will give you some free comics.

So now that I have been bitten by a spider, does that mean I get superpowers?  Does it need to be radioactive?  Well, in the time I spent recovering I figured I should try and sew a costume for myself on the off chance I developed some powers... well that kinda resulted in a trip to the drug store for bandages because of the sewing I tried to do.  Long story short- No superpowers but I got a costume for Halloween... the trouble is no one recognizes who I'm supposed to be when I wear it.

So, needless to say, I took a couple o days off to recoup from the "supposed" spider bite in the middle of the night.  I decide to do a bit of research and was finding out a few interesting things about humans and spiders.  Then I get a phone call from Taki who was having lunch- she says Artie was teasing her because she always brings a salad.  So I'm telling her that I feel better.  During the course of the conversation I say- does this freak you out, y'know- being a vegetarian?  What? she says.  Well the fact that you don't eat meat, I say, and that during the course of your life time, every human probably consumes 8-10 spider while they are sleep.

There was a moment of silence...

Then came the distinct sound of hurling(yes folks- upchuck).

I'm so proud of the fact that even though I'm not in the office I can still have some sort of effect on everyone that works there.

I don't really like to take any medication at all.  But when it was the second day of my big fat lip- I thought I should.  Now, the swelling had gone down considerably, but it was still rather grotesque looking.  Th doc said to take a Benadryl and it should help with the swelling.  So right before coming into the office, I go to the store and buy a box- read the directions and take two of these things.  For the life of me, I can't figure out why I'm so sluggish.  Things aren't processing, just your all around average not feeling right.  I explain to Taki (inker extraordinaire) that I took two of these pills and she freaks out!  "You took TWO?"  She explains how those things will knock you on your fanny!  O Boy did it ever!  I was in a cloudy haze all- and no Blog that day!

Ok- so I promised to blog last week- and as you can plainly see it didn't happen but that was not my fault- I had a near death experience!!!!  I woke up on wednesday morning and my face fealt kinda funny.  I look in the mirror and I kid you not- half of my upper lip is HUGE!  I had to go to the doctor.  They get me in there and start asking me a whole bunch of questions- do your teeth hurt?  Do your gums hurt?  Are there any cuts?   Did you eat something you normally don't?  No was my answer.  So, you know what the doc says?  Something must have bit you.  Bit me?  I would have remebered that!  This is the killer line- he turns to me and says:  It probably bit you in your sleep!

It's been one hecka of a week!!!!  You gotta admit I been doing pretty good with this blogging stuff.  Pretty much everyday- well until this past week.  It seems it's real easy when you skip a day, to let more and more go by the way side.  So here I am a week later and trying to get back into the swing of things.  So here goes...  How about those Bears? .... Didja see who got kicked off Dancing with the Stars? ...Didja get the Transformers movie on DVD?  There!  that should cover it for the week- Maybe I'll be back tomorrow and we'll chat some more.

Columbus discovered America- No he didn't!  Yes he did!  No he didn't, the other guy did.  I like the parade!  All those kooky people running around and the marching bands.  I got a question though- If he did discover America, how did he get all the way to Ohio when he came by boat?

We are looking forward to the long weekend here.  Everyone has their plans and trips and activities.  I'm looking forward to retracing Columbus's route.  I'm starting in Columbus, Ohio and heading to Cleveland!!  Wish me luck!

Finally sat down and watched the DC Superman Doomsday movie last night.  I liked it, but what's up with those cheekbones?  Was it an inverted Y?  Or did the animators flinch when they were drawing? So it was this pay per view thing I did and they kept showing this promo for Holyfield's new fight and it occured to me, they never show his chew up ear- his head is always tilted to one side.  Then I was wondering if the chewed up ears have anything in common with inverted cheekbones?  They were both in fights with monsters, so the question is; who would win in a fight... Mike Tyson or Doomsday?   And how much would you pay to see it on pay per view?  If you ask me- I'd rather fight Jimmy Olsen.

There's that Jamie Cosley character that does stuff here at Blindwolf.  Apparently in a phone call  to him today, he revealed to yours truly that he was painting and he was naked.  Now, I debated about whether to mention this in a kid friendly site, but he said it was ok, because he had apparently spilled paint in all the strategic spots - so everything was ok.  If you ask me it's still disturbing!!!!  Oh and he's having a baby.  Apparently the bean is going to be a girl!  Congrats!

The new season has just started.  Now, I haven't seen it yet cause I'm still watching last season.  What?  Why?  Yea, Yea, I know.  I missed the boat on that and now I just got the dvd's- so I'm watching them now-  don't anyone tell me what happened!!  I also went out and got one of them tivo thingies.  It's gonna be the end of me...  I went from watching almost no tv to watching every program there is- and all the other ones tivo is recording for me.  I'm so confused.  Do I keep it or get rid of it?  I'll let you know after I catch up on all the episodes of Heroes.
